Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the Booking

• Request Only: Any booking made through this website is considered a "Reservation Request" and does not constitute a final or guaranteed booking.
• Admin Confirmation: All requests are subject to manual review and approval by our administration team.
• Document Verification: After receiving your request, our team will contact you to provide necessary legal documents (Valid Driver's License, National ID Card, or Passport).
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to approve or reject any booking request at our sole discretion based on document verification, vehicle availability, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

2. Driver Eligibility

• Minimum Age: The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old.
• Driver's License: The driver must hold a valid driver's license.
• New Drivers: Drivers with a license issued less than two (2) years ago may be subject to additional security deposit requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Transparent Pricing: The price displayed at the time of booking is the Final Price. This includes all applicable taxes and standard insurance. There are no hidden fees or additional insurance charges.
• Payment Method: Payment is strictly CASH ONLY.
• Payment Timing: The total rental amount must be paid in full at the time of vehicle delivery.
• Currency: Payments must be made in the local currency (MAD) unless otherwise agreed upon by the administration.

4. Vehicle Delivery and Pickup

• Confirmation Code: Upon approval of your booking, you will receive a Confirmation Code. You must present this code to our representative at the time of delivery to receive the vehicle.
• Identity Verification: The physical original documents (License and ID/Passport) must be presented for inspection during delivery.

5. Fuel and Mileage

• Mileage: We offer Unlimited Mileage for all rentals. You are free to drive without distance restrictions within the borders of Morocco.
• Fuel Policy: The vehicle will be delivered with a certain level of fuel. It is the customer's responsibility to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. No refunds will be given for excess fuel.

6. Security Deposit (Guarantee)

• Discretionary Deposit: A security deposit is not always required. However, the administration reserves the right to request a deposit at its discretion.
• Mandatory Deposit: A security deposit is strictly mandatory if:
  • The driver is between 21 and 23 years old.
  • The driver's license was issued 2 years ago or less.
• Refund: Deposits (if collected) are returned upon the safe return of the vehicle, provided no new damage or traffic violations are recorded.

7. Insurance and Liability

• Standard Coverage: The rental price includes standard insurance coverage.
• Exclusions from Insurance: The customer assumes full financial liability for damages, repairs, or legal consequences if:
  • The driver was under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances.
  • The driver committed a serious violation of the Moroccan Traffic Code (e.g., excessive speeding, running red lights, driving on the wrong side of the road).
  • The vehicle was used for illegal activities or off-road driving (unless specified for 4x4 vehicles).
  • The vehicle was driven by an unauthorized person not mentioned in the contract.

8. Customer Obligations

• The customer is responsible for all traffic fines and parking penalties incurred during the rental period.
• The customer must ensure the vehicle is locked and secured when not in use.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
